Q: Is there a section of the hotel currently closed? 
A: Yes, a section of the hotel’s main building is currently closed off and renovations underway. The area is fenced off and your stay will not be impacted as the guest rooms contracted will be in a separate building. The front desk lobby, breakfast area, mini golf and outdoor amenities are also available to guests. Completion expected Summer of 2024.

Q: What are your Front Desk Hours? 
A: Front Desk is available 24/7. Check-in is 3PM and Check-out is 11AM.

Q: Are you Pet-Friendly? 
A: Yes, the guest rooms available in the main building with exterior corridors are pet-friendly. A non-refundable pet fee of $100 will charged upon arrival. Two (2) pet maximum per room. Pet(s) must not exceed a maximum weight of 75lbs each. Pet may not be left unattended. Pets not allowed in the breakfast or pool areas. Guests must register pets upon check-in. Pets required to have current vaccinations. Please ensure the pet is checked in with us. For animals that are not checked in, we will assess a non-refundable fee of $150.00 as only certain rooms are pet friendly.

Q: What is the minimum age requirement?
A: You must be at least 21 years of age to check in to the hotel. No minors may be left unattended.

Q: Is parking available for cruise travelers? 
A: Yes. Weekly cruise parking is available for $20 per vehicle. Stay for at least one night before you sail and enjoy cruise parking at an affordable price for duration of your cruise. Guest is responsible for transportation to and from the Port of Galveston. Hotel is not responsible for damage or theft to vehicles or vehicle content.

Q: Does hotel offer Cruise Shuttle Service? 
A: No. Alternative local shuttle companies are available. Guest is responsible for making transportation arrangements. Shuttle service reservations are required. Visit Cruise Parking page for more information. 

Q: Are you on the beach? 
A: No, we are not located on the beach.

Q: How far from the beaches are you?
A: Babe’s Beach is 1 mile from our property, Stewart’s Beach is 4.5 miles, and East Beach is 7.5 miles away.

Q: How far are you from the cruise terminal?
A: We are approximately 4.5 miles from the cruise terminal. Affordable cruise parking available at the property, more details. 

Q: How far are you from Downtown Galveston?
A: We are approximately 5 miles from downtown.

Q: What is the closest commercial airport and do you provide shuttle service?
A: Houston Hobby Airport is the closest airport to us, 68 miles away. We do not provide shuttle service. There are limited Houston and island shuttle companies who offer airport service. 

Q: Do you have an indoor or heated pool?
A: Outdoor pool available all year long to guests only.

Q: Do you have smoking rooms?
A: No, all rooms, buildings, and entrances are non-smoking areas and there is a penalty charged for smoking in the guest rooms. There are smoking areas provided outside for anyone who wishes to smoke.

Q: Do you have an ATM on site?
A: No, we do not have an ATM on site.

Q: Do you have a guest laundry?
A: The guest laundry is located on the second floor of the main building, directly above the hotel lobby.

Q: Is there an early check-in fee?
A: Yes, there is a $45 early check in fee from 7am - 12pm. No charge after 12pmCheck in before 7am will incur an additional night charge. All subject to availability.

Q: Do you sell tickets for Schlitterbahn Waterpark or Moody Gardens Attractions?
A: Yes, visit the front office for ticket information and sales. Hours of operation will vary. Please visit Schlitterbahn Waterpark Galveston or Moody Gardens websites for latest calendar and events.

Q: Can you accommodate groups?
A: Yes, we work with groups of all sizes (minimum of 10+ rooms). The venue space can accommodate up to 40 guests with a total of 750 square feet. The space can be used as one large venue or partitioned off into two smaller spaces for more intimate events and breakout meetings. Contact the sales Group Sales sales@innatthewaterpark.com

Q: Do you serve breakfast?
A: Yes, we have a complimentary Grab n' Go breakfast. Served daily from 6:30AM to 9:30AM.

Q: What is the Cancellation Policy? 
A: Reservation must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.

Q: Does the hotel charge incidental fees at check-in? 
A: Yes, a credit card deposit of $20.00 is required at check-in. Deposit is refundable to credit card at check-out if no other charges apply.

Q: What is an Early Departure Fee? 
A: An early departure fee is applicable to guests who check out prior to the agreed check-out dates. The latest point at which the guest can change the departure date without incurring the cancellation charge is at the point of check-in.
